Can I restrict access of my documents to certain users?
All business class plans include the ability to control access. Every document has a set of permissions that allows you fine
grained control over who can read or contribute to a document. Enterprise users can even set up groups of users who will share a set of permissions over the various documents in the system.
Can I allow access of my documents to people who are not users of my system?
Each document has the option of being publicly shared. When you choose to share a document publicly, a web address is generated, and anyone who visits this address will be able to read the most current version of your document. If you decide that you wish to make your document private again, you can simply turn public sharing off. For security purposes, public sharing is turned off on all documents by default.
